How Our Manufacturing Process Works
Step 1 — Raw Material Procurement
We source all key raw materials — linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LABS), soda ash, sodium sulfate, enzymes, fragrance compounds — from established suppliers. Incoming raw materials are checked for quality and specification before entering production.
Step 2 — Formulation and Batching
Ingredients are measured and combined in precise ratios according to the production formula. Our mixing process ensures uniform distribution of all active and inactive components across the batch.
Step 3 — Quality Check — Pre-Pack
Before packaging, each batch is tested for pH level, appearance, solubility, foam characteristics, and fragrance strength. Batches outside specification are reprocessed — not dispatched.
Step 4 — Packaging
Passed product is packed to the client’s specification — bulk sacks, branded retail packs, pouches, or sachets. Packaging is sealed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
Step 5 — Dispatch
Finished goods are palletised and dispatched via road freight, courier, or sea freight depending on order volume and destination. We coordinate with freight partners for both domestic and international deliveries.
